6th - Digital Photography - A basic introduction
by Graeme Mitchell, President.

13th - Photoshop Basics
An introduction to Photoshop by Bruce Pickering.

20th - Digital Discussion Evening
Bring along a selection of your digital images on
disk/CD Rom or USB memory stick to present your latest work
on digital projection and receive feedback from other members.

27th - Digital Audio/Visual Evening
More spectacular sequences presented by
Graeme Mitchell, President.

October
4th - Curiosities of the North Yorkshire Moors
Presented by Jane Ellis of Leeds.

11th - Portrait Studio Night
Bring along your cameras - film and/or digital,
flash and tripods.

18th - A Digital 3D Extravaganza
How to create stunning images in 3D - Practical Demonstration
with projected images plus 3D audio visual.
Presented by Graeme Mitchell.

25th - Digital images required for the new Interclub season:
Subjects: Flowers, Rings, Liquid Motion, Castles plus Record, Natural History,
Candid, Sports/Action and any brilliant images for the general section.

Host: Pudsey Camera Club

Set subject: Flowers. Set theme: Record.

Additional to this Competition is "The Best of the 20s" - to find the best of the slides which achieved 20 marks in the competitions of the previous 2006/2007 season.

November
1st - An Astronomical Evening
Andy Hatfield introduces and demonstrates digital imaging
astro-photography inside and outside (weather permitting).

8th - 1st Trophy Night - Digital Images
Cup Novice Colour Trophy - 3 Digital images any subject.
J.F. Mather Trophy - 3 Pictorial digital images.
Norfolk Trophy - 3 Natural History digital images.
(Guide: Natural History photography depicts untamed animals
and uncultivated plants in a natural habitat. Evidence of manipulation
by man in the picture should be avoided. Cultivated plants, domestic or
caged animals are not acceptable.)

V.B Lloyd Trophy - Photojournalism - 3 digital images or 3 prints

Walker Trophy - Best all rounder, colour only (recent Prints) comprising
one each of Pictorial, Record, Portrait and Photo Journalism.
H.M Storey Salver - Best all rounder Monochrone self processed only
comprising one each of Pictorial, Record, Portrait and Photo Journalism.
Greenwood Portrait Cup - Colour or monochrome.
Awarding of the J.H. Leighton Trophy for Print of the Year.
Colour or monochrome. Selected by the judge from entries to both
1st and 2nd Prinether.

Each club to submit 20 digital images and 12 prints for judging.

our archive collection.

in the BPS 150 Year celebration archive collection.

24th - Travellers Tales
An entertaining evening by Peter Sharp of Malham.

Entry fee: 6 images for £1.00.

8th - Photodex ProShow Producer
How to make digital image sequences and edit music.
