East Riddlesden Hall by Grace Hilton
17th century merchants house in 12 acres with fish pond and medieval tithe barn.
Almost hidden from view, darkened with age and industrial grime from the
nearby Keighley mills. Set in a quiet haven west of Bradford, it is a remnant
of the industrial wealth and power of bygone days.
The Hall is said to have a ghost - The Grey Lady which has its own chamber.
Estate now maintained by the National Trust.
