Sactuary, Bradford Cathedral

 

Sanctuary by Raymond Hartley

The Chancel and Sanctuary of Bradford Cathedral were rebuilt and extended in 1963
to a design by Sir Edward Maufe and so enlarging this beautiful 15th century
cathedral formerly the Parish Church of St Peter.

The stained glass east window made by the William Morris brotherhood in 1862 is
in the Lady Chapel behind the High Alter and was taken from the old church.
